The mint was created at 12:02:08 UTC on 3 July 2026 with a one billion token supply and bonded the same day. Two more pools exist on Orca and Meteora holding 165 dollars and 5 dollars, which are rounding errors, not markets. It is the only Running Away Balloon token on any chain with real liquidity, so for once there is no contest over which contract is the one. The launch date is the detail worth sitting with: Saflor filed his copyright suit against Memes Apps LLC on 1 July 2026 and this mint appeared 48 hours later, with an on chain description reading only "creator fully onboarded." There is no evidence Saflor has any involvement, and the phrasing does not constitute any. Checked on 28 August 2026 it held about 95,000 dollars of market capitalisation on roughly 35,000 dollars of liquidity, with around 17,000 dollars of daily volume across 160 buys and 166 sells. Why this meme: Named for Elmer Saflor's 2017 two panel comic. The mint's own metadata points at a Facebook share link rather than a project site, which is at least pointing at the right platform, since the comic was a Facebook post first.
