Meow
Founder and CEO of Jupiter
{"anon"}
Meow (“meow”) the pseudonymous founder of Jupiter, the Solana aggregator that routes the overwhelming majority of the chain's DEX trades, which means most memecoin buys on Solana pass through his product whether the buyer knows it or not.
Who they are
Meow is the pseudonymous founder and CEO of Jupiter, the leading decentralised exchange aggregator on Solana. He came out of the Ethereum ecosystem, where he served as a lead adviser to projects including Instadapp, Kyber Network and Blockfolio, and co-founded Wrapped Bitcoin, still the largest wrapped token in crypto. He has stayed anonymous throughout, which in his case reads less as evasion and more as a deliberate refusal to become the product.
History
Under his leadership Jupiter became core Solana infrastructure, routing well over 80% of DEX trades on the network and turning into the default front end for memecoin trading. The JUP airdrop in early 2024 was one of the largest community distributions in Solana history, and Meow personally fronted the defence of its structure when the mechanism drew criticism. Jupiter also launched WEN, an airdropped memecoin that became a genuine community token rather than a farm. In February 2026 Jupiter brought Polymarket to Solana and announced a $35 million strategic investment into JUP from ParaFi Capital, with Meow publicly positioning prediction markets as a primary area of investment for the year. He is unusual among Solana founders in being consistently community-first in rhetoric and in actually shipping the distributions to match.
