Sky Super Cat
Sky Super Cat is a Scottish Fold from a Russian speaking household who has spent five years being filmed doing the things cats are not supposed to do. The account that posts him describes him in two words, very strange cat, and about 2.3 million TikTok followers have decided that is accurate. He has been online since at least June 2021 and the account counts more than 900 million total views. His token history is the strange part. Two Sky Super Cat mints were created in May 2024 and both died with no liquidity. The one that finally worked launched on 25 August 2026, ran to nearly 5 million dollars inside a day, and was immediately surrounded by roughly eighteen tokens using the same name and the same picture across four different chains. None of them is the cat's.
Origin
The account @sky_super_cat has been posting the same cat since at least 14 June 2021, the timestamp encoded in the ID of its earliest indexed #lukeskywalkercat video. The bio is bilingual and the Russian half, Супер странный кот, translates to super strange cat, which is the entire editorial policy. The naming is a small mess and worth stating plainly. The TikTok handle calls him Sky, the Instagram handle is lukeskywalker.cat, the Instagram display name is Sky Super Cat, and every post is tagged #lukeskywalkercat. The most consistent reading is a cat named Luke Skywalker who goes by Sky, but the account has never published a formal introduction, so treat the full name as a nickname rather than a fact. The breed is given as Scottish Fold both in the token metadata written about him and on the fan site, and the folded ears in the footage agree. The format is not a joke, a sound or a template. It is one cat behaving incorrectly on camera: greeting visitors at the door like a dog, occupying the bathroom as though he pays for it, sitting through costume changes, riding around on household appliances. There is no punchline, which is why it kept working for five years.
Spread
Sky grew the slow way rather than the viral way. He never had a single explosive clip that the internet can point at, he just accumulated. By May 2024 the token metadata written about him was already quoting 2.1 million TikTok followers and 45 million likes. By August 2026 the counts being reported were roughly 2.2 to 2.3 million followers, between 43 and 56 million likes depending on which snapshot you read, and total views comfortably past 900 million. The overflow accounts are smaller and steady: about 276,000 followers on Instagram at lukeskywalker.cat, a YouTube channel, and a Russian language Dzen blog linked from the profile. Content is posted in both English and Russian, which is part of why he is enormous on TikTok and almost invisible in English language pet media. No Western outlet appears to have written him up. He is one of the most watched cats on the platform and he has essentially no press. That gap is exactly the kind of thing pump.fun exists to arbitrage.
Legacy
The receipts on this one are unusually clean, and they say the obvious token is not the original. The first Sky Super Cat mint is BtuueuCqTCx5sdDap33C3i1EfYPFsNhYHxYMK8yrcW7M, ticker SSC, created on 6 May 2024. Its description already quoted the TikTok numbers. Six days later, on 12 May 2024, a second SSC arrived at 7YT1eKVgnhkE3ZEyLqwZGinp5WmrNadv3LFHqorKNT5F with near identical text. Both have no liquidity left. Whoever those were, they were early and nobody cared. Two years and three months later, on 25 August 2026, somebody tried again. Two Solana mints went out that evening. 3LPPYuizLSRd4VU3RrzEeZYXkbbi8Joi9kYdPxyApump was created at 19:41 UTC with the description Very strange Scottish Fold, and it got nothing. CcgRSw62atZK9EEAQVGyTcsshgtGJxtLHK2ZGwZ7pump was created at 22:05:56 UTC with the same description plus the Russian line, and it got everything. Two and a half hours decided which of two identical tokens lived. What followed is the standard modern swarm, only faster than usual. Within a day there were about eighteen tokens named Sky Super Cat using the same artwork, spread across Solana, Base, BSC and Robinhood's chain. The largest imitation sits on Robinhood's chain at 0x80622182F733f6a4fc1Bde8F44B538B9637EA455 with around 147,000 dollars of market capitalisation, and there is a Base version at 0xb20000000000000000000093a65aD3eA0B386c6D with about 35,000 dollars. Most of the rest have zero liquidity and exist only to catch someone pasting the wrong string. One of them, AYhTZdWcWq5ocY1PEXrAKWQwXf9W5UXVMxKw3VHwpump, was created at 01:33 UTC on 26 August with the claim that it had onboarded the viral super cat owner. It has no liquidity and no evidence for the claim. The cat's own accounts have not mentioned any of this. The fan site behind the live token does not claim an endorsement either, and closes with the only honest sentence in the sector: memecoins can go to zero.

Key facts
- Sky is a Scottish Fold cat filmed by a Russian speaking owner and posted on TikTok as @sky_super_cat, described in the bio as a very strange cat.
- The earliest indexed post on the account is a #lukeskywalkercat video whose ID decodes to 14 June 2021, so the account has been running for over five years.
- The naming is inconsistent: TikTok says Sky, the Instagram handle is lukeskywalker.cat, and every post is tagged #lukeskywalkercat. There is no introduction post confirming the full name.
- Reported reach in August 2026 is roughly 2.2 to 2.3 million TikTok followers, between 43 and 56 million likes depending on the snapshot, and more than 900 million total views. Instagram is around 276,000 followers.
- Token metadata written in May 2024 already quoted 2.1 million followers and 45 million likes, which dates the cat's fame well before any coin caught on.
- The first Sky Super Cat token was BtuueuCqTCx5sdDap33C3i1EfYPFsNhYHxYMK8yrcW7M (SSC), created 6 May 2024, followed by 7YT1eKVgnhkE3ZEyLqwZGinp5WmrNadv3LFHqorKNT5F on 12 May 2024. Both are dead with no liquidity.
- On 25 August 2026 two near identical Solana mints launched hours apart. 3LPPYuizLSRd4VU3RrzEeZYXkbbi8Joi9kYdPxyApump at 19:41 UTC got no liquidity. CcgRSw62atZK9EEAQVGyTcsshgtGJxtLHK2ZGwZ7pump at 22:05:56 UTC became the market.
- The live token reached an all time high of about 0.005252 dollars at 11:00 UTC on 26 August 2026, roughly 5.18 million dollars of market capitalisation on a supply of 986,375,659 tokens.
- Around eighteen tokens named Sky Super Cat appeared across Solana, Base, BSC and Robinhood's chain within about 24 hours of the successful launch.
- No endorsement by the cat's owner has been published. A zero liquidity clone at AYhTZdWcWq5ocY1PEXrAKWQwXf9W5UXVMxKw3VHwpump claims to have onboarded the owner and provides no evidence.
- Sky has almost no English language press coverage despite the follower count, because the account posts in Russian and English and grew on TikTok rather than through news cycles.
